  Did not receive service as expected:
  I described engine trouble + bodywork (headlight replacement) + oil change I needed done on the phone TWO TIMES (was near holidays, wanted to be sure I could have car back before). When I went to pick up the car, I was informed that "we don't do bodywork, or the engine/transmission troubleshooting, but we changed your oil." At NO POINT over the phone did they tell me they would not even attempt to do the work I was describing. I did not get to drive home for the holidays and had to find a second shop.
